With chat functionality and notifications, Ship-e-Motion uses a modern way of communication. This saves time and makes the dialogue flow easily. The conversation history is in one place. The portal also allows the upload and saving of all important transport documents.

- In "Offers" module, each price offer can be viewed or downloaded as pdf documents with one click.

- For all confirmed transport services, the review of documents is for individual shipment.

- All supporting documents can be attached and viewed.
